How it works

Phase 1. Launch: The Pledge  wall and the “Everyone has a reason”  poster teaser campaign are installed one week prior to the sign up event. This will generate a sense of anticipation and excitement for the coming launch.

A pledge kit is compiled containing the ThePledge© stickers and various other items according to your specific needs (featured products are suggestions only). However it is recommended that the desktop picture frame be a minimum as this reinforces the “Everyone has a reason” concept.

On the day of the event, after light refreshments ThePledge© is fully explained, the kit is delivered and the individual pledges are made by signing the stickers and applying them to the Safety wall.

Phase 1 General awareness Campaign: An ongoing campaign consisting of a series of posters designed to address Health, Safety and Wellbeing is implemented on a quarterly basis for a twelve month period.

Featuring site personnel is a critical aspect of this campaign, as it reinforces the message that safety is about taking care of ourselves and our work mates. It also promotes a sense of ownership and responsibilty for the program.

Phase 1 General awareness Campaign: Intranet communication material is implemented on a quarterly basis for a twelve month period.

This will be used to communicate new initiatives and activities throughout the year, it can also be used on a daily basis to inform staff of any new safety news.

Phase 2 Pledge Hero’s Measurable outcomes: Lose weight, stop smoking or lower cholesterol levels. We have developed relationships with Health Professionals who can custom fit programs to address specific health, safety or wellbeing concerns. Whatever the Pledge, we can help your staff achieve their goals.

A new poster campaign will herald these achievements and milestones alongside infographic posters to regularly educate and inform staff of their progress on a quarterly basis.
